DDM Seminar Series on “ Zoom Fatigue ”

Dr. Allison Gabriel is the McClelland Professor of Management and Organizations and University Distinguished Scholar at the University of Arizona ’ s Eller College of Management. Her research focuses on emotions, motivation, interpersonal stressors/relationships, and employee well-being. Dr. Gabriel will share research that keeping video on all day increases so-called “ Zoom fatigue, ” which is particularly true for women and new employees, groups that already may feel that they are under the microscope. LMS Course ID: NIHTC6104-FY23-4 Participants for the DDM Seminar Series will receive 1.5 hours of supervisory refresher credits per event. In addition, participants can submit an entry into FAITAS to receive 1.5 CLPs for FAC-COR, FAC-C and FAC-PPM re-certifications. Credit is offered through the Learning Management System (LMS) for those registering for either the live or archived offering. You must register in LMS prior to attendance to receive credit. For the live webcast, all registrants will be sent a link to launch the videocast on the date of the event. For the archived webcast, you will register and launch the video anytime via the LMS (available approximately one week after the live event). You can watch directly from the videocast website if you don't need to receive credit in LMS.
