Through a unique and interrelated program of high-quality research, evidence-based advocacy and strategic communications, the Institute works to generate new ideas, encourage enlightened public debate, and promote sound policy and program development; its overarching goal is to ensure the highest standard of sexual and reproductive health and rights for all people worldwide.  The Institute is engaged in building a more inclusive, transparent and equitable organization.Position summaryThe Senior Policy Associate, State Partnerships  works with other policy division staff, as well as other internal divisions, to help develop and expand a new program in collaboration with state advocates. Our initiative on State Partnerships for Policy Impact will support state advocates with resources that the Institute–as an action-orient ed think tank–can provide. This includes supporting an agenda that reasserts the importance of facts and evidence, while centering equity and justice, through a program that emphasizes equitable partnerships, evidence-based advocacy and strategic communications.
