How Does Workplace Violence–Reporting Culture Affect Workplace Violence, Nurse Burnout, and Patient Safety?

Conclusions:

The findings indicate that nurses may perceive WPV-reporting behavior as a stressor. Violence-reporting systems and procedures need to be improved to reduce the burden of reporting.
