Rhinoplasty Considerations in the Ethnic Patient Using a Case-Based Approach

This article presents 2 types of patients undergoing primary rhinoplasty: a patient with a small hump or “pseudo” osteocartilaginous hump that was treated using a hybrid approach (surface dorsal preservation techniqu e) and a patient with a low nasal dorsum that was augmented using a diced cartilage glue graft. In both cases the nasal tips had poor structure and flimsy support and were treated using different structural grafting techniques.
