Rhinoplasty Considerations in the Ethnic Patient Using a Case-Based Approach

In this article 2 rhinoplasty cases involving patients of African descent are presented. One of these highlights the correction of a dorsal contour irregularity and an amorphous and ptotic tip with a widened alar base, addressed through an open approach. The second case focuses on improving nasal tip definition through an endonasal approach.
