Which hospital-acquired conditions matter the most in trauma? An evidence-based approach for prioritizing trauma program improvement
CONCLUSION
We describe a method for comparing the contributions of HACs to outcomes of hospitalized trauma patients. Our findings suggest that trauma program improvement efforts should prioritize pneumonia prevention.
