Percutaneous Arthroscopic Assisted Fixation of a Tibial Plafond Impaction Fracture Fixation: Surgical Technique and Case Report

We present a case of a tibial plafond fracture treated percutaneously with arthroscopic assisted reduction, bone grafting and fixation, without the requirement for an external fixator, and with a successful outcome at 1-year follow up.
