Trapeziectomy With Intermetacarpal Suspension: A Surgical Technique

We present a simple method that relies on anchoring the thumb metacarpal using the intermetacarpal ligament. This technique is time-efficient, technically simple, cost effective, and does not require donor tendons, hardware, or powered instruments.
