An adolescent with ileum herniation through foramen of winslow: A case report and literature review
Conclusions: Through the review of the literature, it is clear that herniation through foramen of Winslow (HFW) is a more challenging condition to diagnose preoperatively, which can be achieved with the help of complementary diagnostics especially CT. As a category of diseases with a very low postoperative recurrence rate, clinical experience tells us that only three-trocar laparoscopic surgery can successfully return HFW.
