Colorado NFIB hails ruling on slip-and-fall case
A slip-and-fall case that made it to the Colorado Supreme Court ended Tuesday with a ruling in favor of the small business involved.
A woman, Barbara Jordan, tripped on an uneven sidewalk and was injured outside of a Golden commercial building in the common area. She settled a claim with the property owner, but sued the largest tenant in the building, Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center.
