Secondary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma presenting with focal vesicular lesions

We report a patient known to have refractory systemic diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who presented with nodules with overlying vesicular lesions, which was consistent with secondary cutaneous spread of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
