Authors' response

We thank Narde and Chawla3 for their interest in our review on ocular syphilis and for sharing their clinical experience with the condition, including illustration with some excellent fundus images. They highlight a point made in our review2 that isolated vitritis may be a presentation of this reemerging infectious eye disease.
