Stroke Thrombectomy through Interstices of a Hybrid Endograft Placed for Type A Aortic Dissection
A 53-year-old man presented with acute, severe, thoracic pain, absence of the femoral and left radial pulses, and asymmetric blood pressure —80/40 mm Hg in the left arm and 170/110 mm Hg in the right arm.
