FDA Comes Out Against Aspirin To Prevent First Heart Attacks

The FDA today approved vorapaxar (Zontivity), Merck's once-troubled platelet receptor antagonist, to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction (heart attack), stroke, cardiovascular death, and revascularization procedures.
