120: the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of fractional co2 laser in acne scars and skin rejuvenation: a systematic review and economic evaluation
Conclusions: Fractional CO2 laser is an effective and safe method for curing several kinds of skin. Never the less there was not sufficient evidence to support its advantage. This device has equal or lower price in comparison to competent technologies except for the non- fractional ablative Co2 laser that has the same or lower price and comparable effects.

Conclusion: Librarians and medical informationists have an important role in improving medical decision making and encouraging the use of up to date literature. They can also help by cooperating in teaching efficient search skills and holding appropriate evidence based medicine journal clubs. Librarians should be used more efficiently to improve the quality of medical services and decrease the cost of medical treatment in Iran.

Resuscitation in hip fractures: a systematic review
Conclusions Patients with hip fracture show similar physiological disturbance to major trauma patients. Nineteen per cent of patients presenting with hip fracture are hypoperfused and 50% show preoperative anaemia suggesting that under resuscitation is a common problem that has not been investigated. A properly conducted interventional trial could improve the outcome of these vulnerable patients.

Functional lesional neurosurgery for tremor--a protocol for a systematic review and meta-analysis
This study will summarise the available evidence on the efficacy of lesional interventions for the most frequent tremor disorders, as well as for the incidence rate of persisting side effects after unilateral lesional treatment.
