Protocol for the development of a core outcome set for studies on centralisation of healthcare services
This study has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee at the Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane (MHB). The final COS will be disseminated to all stakeholders involved and through peer-reviewed publications and conferences.

Government purchasing initiatives involving private providers in the Eastern Mediterranean Region: a systematic review of impact on health service utilisation
Conclusion Purchasing involving stand-alone CO and CO-I interventions in EMR positively impact general curative care utilisation, but lacks conclusive evidence for other services. Policy attention is needed for embedded evaluations within programmes, standardised outcome metrics and disaggregated utilisation data.

70: health insurance and the utilization of health care: a systematic review
Conclusion: health insurance increased access to health care and utilization of health services. Health insurance can also be induced demand too. But increasing utilization through health insurance doesn't improve health outcomes.

Conclusion: Developing the importance and role of using evidence in making better decisions and policies for health managers and policy-makers and localizing global evidence are proper ways to enhance the use of evidence-informed decision-making approach in Iranian health system.
