The Association of Spirituality with Anxiety and Depression in Stroke Survivor-Caregiver Dyads: An Actor-Partner Interdependence Model

A Prediction Model of Rehabilitation Motivation in Middle-Aged Survivors of Stroke in Rehabilitation Facilities in Korea.
CONCLUSIONS: In middle-aged survivors of stroke, self-efficacy and social support play a critical role in maintaining intrinsic motivation to engage in rehabilitation activities. Self-efficacy should be evaluated periodically and improved by encouraging individuals to achieve goals, emphasizing their self-regulation, especially among those who reported depressive symptoms and low physical function. Effects of Self-esteem, Optimism, and Perceived Control on Depressive Symptoms in Stroke Survivor-Spouse Dyads.
CONCLUSION:: We found significant partner effects of self-esteem on depression for both members and partner effect of optimism on patient's depressive symptoms. These findings suggest that further research is needed to determine if dyadic interventions may help to improve self-esteem, optimism, and depressive symptoms in both patients and their caregivers. A Systematic Review of Tests Assessing Stroke Knowledge.
CONCLUSIONS: Our study revealed that current available tools are not sufficiently able to accurately and reliably assess SK to promote stroke prevention and management. Portable Bladder Ultrasound Reduces Incidence of Urinary Tract Infection and Shortens Hospital Length of Stay in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: Portable bladder ultrasound scanning reduced the incidence of UTI and shortened length of stay. Effects of a Comprehensive Reminder System Based on the Health Belief Model for Patients Who Have Had a Stroke on Health Behaviors, Blood Pressure, Disability, and Recurrence From Baseline to 6 Months: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

Efficacy of Robots-Assisted Therapy in Patients With Stroke: A Meta-analysis Update
