External Carotid Dissection and External Carotid Proatlantal Intersegmental Artery with Subclavian Steal Prompting External Carotid and Subclavian Artery Stenting
CONCLUSIONSThis case represents an interesting presentation of both subclavian steal and an external carotid artery to VA anastomosis. Also, the presence of a dissection of the external carotid artery represents a rare finding.

MRI‐Assisted Thrombolysis for Delayed Arrival among Patients with Ischemic Stroke
ABSTRACT Time window for thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke can be based on chronological or physiological (imaging) data. Both of these approaches have their unique strengths and weaknesses. The concept of chronological‐based thrombolysis is supported by several randomized clinical trials whereas imaging‐based thrombolysis has not been validated entirely by randomized trials.
