ConclusionIn our practice, DCB offers a straightforward option to treat restenosis of the ACI ostium. ConclusionOverall, our study shows that the TR approach can be less a less expensive option for patients undergoing diagnostic cerebral angiograms, especially if complications occur. ConclusionsBridging thrombolysis may be associated with better outcomes in a real-world setting; however, this association is diminished among elderly patients due to higher rates of hemorrhagic complications. ConclusionIn this study, we report our experience using a Robotic Transcranial Doppler (TCD) with Artificial Intelligence as a novel real-time intraoperative neuromonitoring tool in patients undergoing TAVR. By reporting quantity and distribution of high intensity transient signals (HITS) as markers of microemboli during the procedure, we report significantly lower HITS using sentinel cerebral protection. Drug-coated balloon for vertebral artery origin stenosis: a pilot study
Conclusion This pilot study suggests that DCB is a safe approach for VAOS. The relatively low restenosis rate indicates the its potential long-term efficacy for VAOS. Future randomized controlled trials to confirm its efficacy are warranted.

E-021 Safety and efficacy of a low dose eptifibatide infusion during endovascular treatment of tandem occlusions
Conclusions The low dose eptifibatide infusion resulted in a low incidence of SICH (5%) in the endovascular treatment of tandem intracranial occlusions. The infusion was not potent enough to maintain patency of the carotid artery in all patients. However, re-occlusion of the carotid artery was asymptomatic in the 4 patients where it occurred. This underscores that extracranial re-occlusion of the carotid artery is the lesser of evils compared with hemorrhagic stroke conversion. Unprotected carotid artery stenting in symptomatic elderly patients: a single-center experience
Conclusions Endovascular treatment of carotid stenosis without protection devices in symptomatic patients aged >75 years is an alternative to endovascular treatment with protection devices. Complications and mortality rates are similar to studies that used protection devices in lower risk patients.
