No association between pulmonary artery catheter use and postoperative complications in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting: a single-center pilot study
CONCLUSIONS: Pulmonary artery catheterization did not improve the clinical outcomes in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in this pilot study.PMID:37458732 | DOI:10.23736/S0021-9509.23.12710-8

Minimally invasive strategies of surgical coronary artery revascularization for the aging population
CONCLUSIONS: MICS-CABG grafting is associated with excellent early and long-term outcomes in eligible octogenarians.PMID:37255493 | DOI:10.23736/S0021-9509.23.12621-8

Association between preoperative blood pressure and outcomes in cardiac surgery: results of a prospectively planned cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: High preoperative BP measured by ABP monitoring is a risk factor for postoperative complications in patients submitted to CABG.PMID:37255492 | DOI:10.23736/S0021-9509.23.12581-X

Hybrid revascularization vs coronary bypass for coronary artery disease: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Our analysis shows hybrid coronary revascularization is a feasible alternative to traditional coronary artery bypass grafting. Short-and long-term outcomes including mortality, MACE, and postoperative morbidity are similar between both groups, while hybrid approaches are associated with decreased perioperative morbidity.PMID:35343660 | DOI:10.23736/S0021-9509.22.12163-4
