IntroductionRescue stenting is used more and more in stroke cases with large-vessel-occlusion or medium-vessel-occlusion refractory to mechanical thrombectomy. The pEGASUS-stent(Phenox) represents a device which is equipped with a hydrophilic polymer coating(HPC) with antithrombogenic properties. ConclusionsIn this case series performed over a 10-year period at a high-volume stroke center we show that CAS is safe and efficient in patients with SyNC. O-042 Complications of DAPT cessation at 3 months versus 6 months after flow diversion of unruptured intracranial aneurysms
ConclusionsOnly 0.6% (n=1) of patients exhibited complications after 3 month follow-up. We conclude that DAPT duration of 3 months after endoluminal flow diversion of unruptured cerebral aneurysms of the anterior circulation is not associated with increased rates of hemorrhagic or thromboembolic complications compared to a traditional 6-month regimen.Disclosures S. E-020 Flow diversion for intracranial aneurysms: intracranial hemorrhage and thromboembolic complications in a multi-center cohort of 200 patients
ConclusionComplication rates in our study are comparable to previous reports, and our findings further support the general safety and efficacy of flow diversion. Despite a relatively large population, the low number of ICH and TE complications limit statistical significance. Further study of complications in more robust samples are needed. Antithrombotic therapies for neurointerventional surgery: a 2021 French comprehensive national survey
Conclusion This nationwide survey highlights the important heterogeneity in clinical practices across centers. There is a pressing need for trials and guidelines to further evaluate and harmonize antithrombotic regimens in the neurointerventional field.

ConclusionActive monitoring and adjustment antiplatelet agents did not reduce ischemic complications in endovascular treatment; however, tended to reduce the ischemic complication, especially in flow diversion. E-055 Internal carotid artery reconstruction with flow diverting stents in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke: technical considerations and medical management
ConclusionsFDS appear to be a safe and effective tool for reconstruction of a symptomatic dissection in tortuous cervical ICAs. Their flexibility allows conformation to complex anatomies and they can be traversed multiple times by aspiration catheters/stentrievers. We found excellent patency at follow up.
