Correlation between intracranial vertebral artery stenosis diameter measured by digital subtraction angiography and cross-sectional area measured by optical coherence tomography
Conclusion Measurement of the narrowest diameter was not a reliable predictor of the cross-sectional area of V4 stenosis. Larger studies are therefore needed to develop a new evaluation system based on V4 stenosis.

E-059 Eptifibatide bridging therapy for staged carotid artery stenting and cardiac surgery
ConclusionsFor patients undergoing staged CAS-CTS, Eptifibatide bridging therapy is a viable temporary antiplatelet strategy with a favorable safety profile. This strategy enables a flexible range of time-intervals between procedures.Disclosures M. Caton: None. K. Narsinh: None. A. Baker: None. J. Rapp: None. W. Gasper: None. J. Iannuzzi: None. E. E-101 Rescue stenting for intracranial stenosis in emergent large vessel occlusion patients using the neuroform atlas stent through the gateway balloon: preliminary report
ConclusionOur preliminary experience showed the diminished risk of guidewire perforation as well as potentially decreased operative time and early reperfusion by deploying the Neuroform stent through a compatible gateway balloon microcatheter. This should be investigated further in large multicenter studiesDisclosures M. Memon: None. T. Nisar: None. J. Lee: None. A. Biswas: None. A. Singla: None. P. Khandelwal: None.

E-187 Pipeline embolization stent for treatment of giant supraclinoid aneurysms: a case series
ConclusionThe Pipeline embolization device is a novel technique that can be utilized for treatment of giant cerebrovascular aneurysms with emerging evidence of immediate and long-term success. Further patient enrollment and clinical trials will be required to assess its efficacy in comparison to other endovascular and surgical approaches for the treatment of giant aneurysms.Disclosures M. P18 Acute flow diversion with Pipeline Flex and Pipeline Vantage with Shield technology with single antiplatelet cover - short term results
ConclusionPipeline Flex and Vantage with Shield technology with phosphoryl choline surface modification is safe with no mortality and acceptable morbidity with single antiplatelet intra-operative cover. Initial results showed excellent occlusion and good clinical outcomes.ReferencesMahajan A, Das B, Narang KS, et al. Antithrombotic therapies for neurointerventional surgery: a 2021 French comprehensive national survey
Conclusion This nationwide survey highlights the important heterogeneity in clinical practices across centers. There is a pressing need for trials and guidelines to further evaluate and harmonize antithrombotic regimens in the neurointerventional field.

O-042 Complications of DAPT cessation at 3 months versus 6 months after flow diversion of unruptured intracranial aneurysms
ConclusionsOnly 0.6% (n=1) of patients exhibited complications after 3 month follow-up. We conclude that DAPT duration of 3 months after endoluminal flow diversion of unruptured cerebral aneurysms of the anterior circulation is not associated with increased rates of hemorrhagic or thromboembolic complications compared to a traditional 6-month regimen.Disclosures S. E-020 Flow diversion for intracranial aneurysms: intracranial hemorrhage and thromboembolic complications in a multi-center cohort of 200 patients
ConclusionComplication rates in our study are comparable to previous reports, and our findings further support the general safety and efficacy of flow diversion. Despite a relatively large population, the low number of ICH and TE complications limit statistical significance. Further study of complications in more robust samples are needed. However, the descriptive understanding of these complications can help direction future investigations.Abstract E-020 Table 1ICH and TE Stratifications ICH Non-ICH p n=7 n=193 Hypertension 7 (100%) 97 (50.3%) 0.035 Currently Smoking 3 (42.9%) 28 (14.5%) 0.319 Mean Procedural Fluoroscopi...
