Midday Napping, Nighttime Sleep, and Mortality: Prospective Cohort Evidence in China
CONCLUSION: Long midday napping and inappropriate nighttime sleep were independently associated with an increased risk of all-cause mortality in middle-aged and older Chinese populations.
