Chronic Myopathy as the Initial Manifestation of Thyrotoxicosis: A Report of 2 Cases
Conclusions: Although rare, thyrotoxicosis should always be ruled out in a patient with chronic myopathy because this has better prognosis than other primary muscle conditions presenting similarly.

Granulomatous Myositis Associated With Acetylcholine Receptor Antibodies Without Clinical Myasthenia
We present a case of biopsy-proven granulomatous myositis associated with positive acetylcholine receptor binding, blocking, and modulating and antistriated antibodies, without clear clinical symptoms of myasthenia gravis and in the absence of thymoma. In addition, we include rarely reported neuromuscular ultrasound findings of granulomatous myositis in a patient without sarcoidosis. Immune Myopathy With Perimysial Pathology Associated With Interstitial Lung Disease and Anti-EJ Antibodies
