Hospitalization affects the anticoagulation patterns of patients with atrial fibrillation
In conclusion, in patients with known AF at high risk for stroke, hospitalization was associated with an increase in OAC uptake, dri ven mainly by NOAC initiation. Fatal warfarin-associated intracranial hemorrhage in atrial fibrillation inpatients
