Nursing Home Residents with Seizure Disorders/Epilepsy: Prevalence, Characteristics, and Treatment Patterns (P1.080)
Conclusions: NHRs with seizure disorder/epilepsy have substantial physical and cognitive impairment. Nearly half were prescribed combination AED therapy, and >20[percnt] took 蠅3 different AEDs, suggesting refractory epilepsy.
