Intracranial hemorrhage in large vessel occlusion patients receiving endovascular thrombectomy with or without intravenous alteplase: a secondary analysis of the DIRECT-MT trial
Conclusions Our data showed that in the DIRECT-MT trial, alteplase did not increase overall ICH for large vessel occlusion patients treated with thrombectomy, but it increased the parenchymal hematoma rate.

Safety and efficacy of intensive systolic blood pressure lowering after successful endovascular therapy: a post hoc analysis of the BP TARGET trial
Conclusion The effect of SBP lowering treatment was not modified by age, location of occlusion history of hypertension, intravenous thrombolysis, and admission SBP. Diabetes modified the effect of intensive SBP lowering treatment, and there was a trend towards benefit from intensive SBP treatment in diabetic patients. This finding is hypothesis generating and requires further validation.

E-197 Use of balloon-mounted stents and drug eluting stents in intracranial atherosclerotic disease: single center experience
ConclusionDES appears effective and relatively safe with good long-term outcomes in treating intracranial atherosclerosis and secondary stroke prevention and is associated with lower delayed in-stent stenosis on follow up imaging compared to BMS and Wingspan stents. Use of DES for symptomatic ICAD in acute and non-emergent settings warrants further investigation.Balloon mounted stent, drug eluting stent, Wingspan, intracranial atherosclerotic disease, outcomes.Disclosures N. E-049 Accuracy of non-invasive and invasive imaging in identifying ica occlusion: a comparative study in 65 patients
Conclusion Our result suggests that there is a lack of correlation between the imaging findings of carotid occlusion on imaging compared with catheter angiography of the ICA during the intervention in acute stroke treatment. Thus, endovascular catheterization of the ICA is often required for the exact characterization and localization of the carotid occlusion and to determine if a dissection is the underlying pathology in such cases. O-040 Initial clinical experience with the bendit steerable articulating tip microcatheter for intracranial access and intervention
ConclusionsInitial clinical experience with the controlled articulation that permits flexion at the tip of the microcatheter demonstrated it to be safe. Access to difficult proximal origin curves, and distal clinoidal/ophthalmic segment anatomy may be improved due to the high torque transmission, and acute angulation of this microcatheter. Further experience with the delivery of therapeutic devices will be necessary to better understand the potential role that the present catheter may play in modern neurointerventional procedures.Abstract O-040 Table 1 Patient/Indication/Comorbidities/Treatment/Bendit 21 Role 60s F Cerebr...

P-036 Sensitivity of the RACW score in the detection of large vessel occlusions during working and non-working hours
ConclusionThe sensitivity of the RACE score for detecting large vessel occlusions does not vary significantly during working and non-working hours. However, patients who present with high RACE scores during working hours are more likely to have a diagnosis of a stroke mimic than those presenting off hours.Disclosures E. Hitomi: None. M. P-030 Mechanical thrombectomy in medium vessel occlusions using the novel aspiration MIVI Q catheters: an international multicenter experience
ConclusionsTreatment of MeVO patients with Q catheters resulted in optimal angiographic and clinical outcomes. Though angiographic results were similar between primary and secondary MeVOs, the first had less severe presentation and better outcomes at 90-days than the latter.Disclosures A. Monteiro: None. L. E-023 Predictors of outcomes in tandem anterior circulation occlusions following mechanical thrombectomy
In this study, we present outcomes of patients undergoing tandem mechanical thrombectomy. We demonstrate that stenting is associated with improved final reperfusion, but increased odds of asymptomatic ICH. E-006 Familial Incidence of the Congenital Torcular Dural Arteriovenous Shunt
Purpose There are several hereditary disorders that are well known to be associated with arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) involving the central nervous system including Sturge-Weber, Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber, and Parkes-Weber syndromes as well as hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia and hereditary neurocutaneous angiomatosis. Furthermore, familial incidence of AVMs in the absence of congenital hereditary disorders also has been reported. Herein, we describe the occurrence of the giant torcular herophili (TH) dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) in two pediatric cousins treated with endovascular embolization. Case report C...
