Conclusions: These findings support the hypothesis that participants with PART have an amyloid-independent dementing Alzheimer disease–like temporal lobe tauopathy.

Activity limitations and subjective well-being after stroke
Conclusions: Activity limitations were not associated with stroke survivors' subjective well-being after adjustment for other factors. While some predictors of well-being after stroke were identified, the determinants of well-being remained largely unexplained.

Conclusions: Survivors of stroke/TIA reported considerable unmet needs ≥2 years after discharge, particularly in secondary prevention. The factors associated with unmet needs could help guide policy decisions, particularly for tailoring care and support services provided after discharge.

HELIAD study: Dementia prevalence in Greece (P3.095)
Conclusions:The prevalence of dementia and its subtypes in Greece is similar or at the lower range of that reported in many other European countries and globally. The Effect of SSRIs in the Outcomes of ICARE Trial (P4.040)
Conclusions:Despite having similar baseline scores as non-SSRI users, SSRI users had 12-month PHQ-9 scores suggestive of mild depression while non-SSRI users did not. There was no imbalance in SSRI use for the 3 treatment arms, ruling out an effect on overall motor outcomes. Post-Stroke Disability at a National Referral Hospital in Tanzania (P3.322)
Conclusions:In this low-resource setting, individuals with stroke face a severe burden of disability and high risk of mortality. The majority of participants experienced severe deficits following stroke, as assessed through NIHSS and mRS. A Brief Dementia Screening Test in South Africa: Results from the Health and Aging Longitudinal Study of an INDEPTH community (HAALSI) (P4.191)
