AbstractPurpose of ReviewAndrogen deprivation therapy (ADT) is the standard of care for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer (PC). ADT, particularly with GnRH agonists, leads to increased risk of cardiovascular disease, including myocardial infarction, hypertension, and stroke.
