Coffee as protection against MS
Two studies involving over 6,500 people found that those who drank coffee had a lower risk of developing MS than non coffee drinkers.

Exercise and cognition
A small American study explored the effects of 20 minutes of exercise and yoga on the speed and accuracy of completing a cognition test done before and after the intervention. Compared to a control group that had just had quiet rest, the exercise group did the task faster though no more accurately.

Tecfidera and lymphocytes
Research has shown that people taking dimethyl fumarate (Tecfidera) have lower levels of subsets of lymphocytes (white blood cells). This may have a role in monitoring people on Tecfidera for risks of side effects.

Stem cells more effective than mitoxantrone
