FDA Updates Kaletra Labeling

Plan to participate in National HIV Testing Day on June 27! The annual observance is a time to promote HIV testing—one of the best tools for HIV prevention. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that everyone between the ages of 13 and 64 get tested for HIV at least once as part of routine health care. Starting Antiretroviral Treatment Early Improves Outcomes for HIV-Infected Individuals

The "Drugs That Fight HIV-1" brochure has been updated to include antiretroviral (ARV) drugs recently approved by FDA. The NIH publication features images of FDA-approved ARVs, grouped by drug class and identified by both generic and brand names.
