In this study, we discuss the articulations between CAPSi and other services of the Psychosocial Care Network, especially regarding referrals. It also discusses medicalization without record of prognosis and the challenges of exercising the “ expanded clinical ” practice and the logic of psychosocial work, which opposes the exclusively biomedical paradigm, simplifying the phenomena of child development.R ésumé Une étude rétrospective descriptive. The limits of Klein’s concept of reparation and the Lacanian anthropophagy in contemporary art
This article discusses Klein ’ s theoretical elaborations on reparation, especially Mignon Nixon, a critique of his works in the field of contemporary art. Nixon understands that, today, an anthropophagy of the concepts focused on Lacan ’ s symbolic register is needed, in other words, it is a critique of his own work by returning Klein ’ s theorizations to the field of art. This return to Klein based on criticism of Lacan ’ s teaching raises questions and demands careful reflection. As we intend to indicate in this article, such a proposal creates problems and a deadlock within its own theoretical framework, especi...

Father: epistemological obstacle?

“His Majesty the perverse”: domination and omnipotence in perversions
This article explores the narcissistic bases of perversion to show that the perverse problematic has at its foundation a narcissistically wounded ego that needs to remain illusorily unified, asserting itself in its infantile omnipotence. At the basis of the narcissistic functioning of perverse subjects lies an “ indomitable ” internal object, so that every maneuver of the perverse is configured as an extreme movement to dominate him, to exercise omnipotent control over him. Faced with the impossibility of mastering this “ embedded ” object internally, the subject ends up trying to exercise the active domain of th...

The contributions of Kraepelin, Bleuler and Bergson to Minkowski’s clinical phenomenology of schizophrenia
This article presents the clinical phenomenology of schizophrenia constructed by the psychiatrist Eug ène Minkowski through theoretical influences from the ideas of Kraepelin, Bleuler and Bergson. Minkowski ’ s interest in discussing schizophrenia is to be able to determine this pathology. Although references are constantly made by him to Bleuler for having been his student, it is in Bergson ’ s philosophy that he finds a solid source to further his discussion of the structural aspect of schizophrenia. With this philosophical influence, it is possible to understand schizophrenia as a loss of vital contact with reality...

No one is so perfect that they need not be edited: Fetish and the search of the ideal body
This article analyzes the calendar of a nutrition and aesthetics clinic to discuss the fetishistic aspect of the ideal body image. We verify the dynamics of mass formation, according to Freudian theory, to posit how a perfect body pattern can be elected as the ideal to be achieved by individuals in contemporary societies. The logic of the market sustains the image of the so-called perfect bodies in the position of a fetish, offering access to this supposed conquest through products and services that would lead to fulfilness. This strategy aims to veil castration by offering a palpable substitute that denies the faults and ...

Health practices and subjectivation: the emergence of the preventative subject

Co-construction of attachment in the first semester of life: the role of the other in this constitution

Brazilian women’s transition to new relationships after ending a violent one: a case study
This study investigated characteristics of the transition to new relationships after the end of a violent one through case studies. Two young white Brazilian women who had experienced violent first relationships underwent a narrative interview and filled out the Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory. One of them had moved to a healthy relationship and the second one to another violent relationship. Awareness of violence and the adoption of strategies that enlarged models, world views, social circles, support and self care had not been enough to avoid the entrance in a new violent relationship. The development of the...

The reception of Charlotte Bühler’s concept of transitivism in Lacan’s theory of the mirror stage
This article approaches Lacan ’ s reception of Charlotte B ühler ’ s concept of transitivism in the formulation of his theory of the mirror-stage between 1936 and 1949 in order to show how notions from the developmental psychology of the time were used in the construction of his thought. B ühler ’ s specific contribution is argued to have been decisive both in the early formulation of the mirror-stage and in its subsequent development, culminating in the 1949 version, already closer to structuralist anti-psychologism. The rejection of a psychological interpretation of psychoanalytic concepts is shown to be unable o...

Intraverbal acquisition in autistic children: effects of stimulus pairing and echoic responses
This study compared the efficacy of the SPOP and of a contiguous stimulus presentation procedure with an echoic response requirement in emergence of intraverbals in three children with autism by using a concurrent multiple probe design with an adapted alternating treatment. The results showed the SPOP ’ s efficacy for intraverbals induction and suggested a facilitating role of the echoic. A possible carry-over effect between treatments, extinction in the experimental context and the use of conditioned reinforcers in SPOP are discussed.R ésumé L ’ enseignement de l ’ intraverbal chez des individus autistes a été p...
