Tract creation using plasma vaporization versus metal dilatation in percutaneous nephrolithotomy: A propensity score ‐matched analysis
ConclusionsIn comparison with metal dilatation, the plasma vaporization technique is a safe and effective method for creating the nephrostomy tract for percutaneous nephrolithotomy, based on shorter postoperative stay, less operating time, zero blood transfusion rate, acceptable stone ‐free rate and no major complications. Atherosclerosis as a predictor of transient exacerbation of overactive bladder symptoms after robot ‐assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy
ConclusionsAtherosclerosis delays the improvement in both overactive bladder symptoms and storage function postoperatively, and it is involved in the transient increase in the prevalence of de novo overactive bladder.
