Machine learning integration of rheumatoid arthritis synovial histology and RNAseq data identifies three disease subtypes
ConclusionGene expression analysis of synovial tissue revealed three distinct synovial subtypes. We used these labels to generate a histology scoring algorithm that associates with levels of ESR, CRP and autoantibodies. Comparison of gene expression patterns to clinical features revealed a potentially clinically important distinction: mechanisms of pain may differ in patients with different synovial subtypes.This article is protected by copyright. A multicentre study of validity and reliability of responses to hand cold challenge as measured by laser speckle contrast imaging and thermography: outcome measures for systemic sclerosis ‐related Raynaud's phenomenon
ConclusionThis is the first multi‐centre study examining reliability and validity of cold challenge using LSCI and thermography in patients with SSc‐related RP. LSCI and thermography demonstrated good potential as outcome measures. LSCI, standard and mobile phone thermography had very high convergent validity.This article is protected by copyright. Neutrophils in systemic onset Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis display sepsis ‐like features which can be reverted by IL‐1 blockade

Increased circulating follicular regulatory T cells are associated with lower auto ‐antibodies in stable remission rheumatoid arthritis patients
ConclusionCirculating TFR cells were increased as RA patients develop to a stable state and increased TFR cells could suppress autoimmunity of RA patients to stabilize their condition.
