First Drug Approved for Wilson's Disease in Decades
(MedPage Today) -- The FDA approved oral trientine tetrahydrochloride (Cuvrior) for the treatment of adults with stable Wilson's disease who are de-coppered and tolerant to penicillamine, drugmaker Orphalan announced on Monday.
