Ucat and bmat tests

Thread Starter Ucat and bmat tests Follow 16 hours ago 16h ago The UCAT is a very different style of exams compared to what you're used to so I wouldn't recommend cramming for it in 3 weeks. 4 sections make up your number score; verbal reasoning (VR), decidion making (DM), quantitative reasoning (QR), abstract reasoning (AR). The situational judgement test (SJT) is in bands where band 1 is the highest and 4 being the lowest. If you get band 4 then you will be rejected by the majority of medical schools. I'd recommend buying medify and doing A LOT of practice for it in the next 3 weeks to get adjusted to the timing and thinking process. There are also plenty of youtube tutorials for it. I didn't take the BMAT but here's a link to the BMAT wiki: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/uni...about-the-bmat The BMAT is only sat in November this year so it will be accepted by Oxford.
