BenchMark Physical Therapy to open an office at Shades Mountain Plaza in Hoover

A new tenant has signed a lease at a Blue Park shopping center in Hoover. BenchMark Physical Therapy will join Joyful Food Co., Baker’s Famous Pizza and Wings Plus at 771 Shades Mountain Plaza. The company will lease 1,980 square feet in the shopping center. ABC Daycare occupied the space for over 20 years before the owners retired and closed its doors.
