How much easier is it for Scots to get into Scottish med schools than RUK applicants?

Thread Starter How much easier is it for Scots to get into Scottish med schools than RUK applicants? Follow 1 hour ago 1 hour ago I've been doing a bit of reading online on various medicine-related forums, and it seems that, at certain Scottish medical schools like Edinburgh, the standards are a fair bit higher for English applicants than Scottish applicants, due to there being less places available for them. Is this trend true at all Scottish medical schools? Assuming a Scottish applicant had perfect (or close-to-perfect) academics, what sort of UCAT score would they realistically need in order to get an interview at places like Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee?
