Public Inspection: CMS: Medicaid Program; Reassignment of Medicaid Provider Claims

Pre-publication notice of proposed rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services reinterpreting the scope of the general requirement that state payments for Medicaid services must be paid directly to the practitioner providing the service. Comments on this rule are due by September 28, 2021.
