Sinonasal Ameloblastoma: A Case Report and a Review of Gnathic Lesions That Occur in the Sinonasal Tract

We report a case of a primary sinonasal ameloblastoma in a 65-year-old man who presented with sinonasal obstruction and rhinorrhea. The clinicopathologic features of this entity are discussed, along with the differential diagnosis and other gnathic lesions that present as sinonasal lesions.
