AG Stein, acting U.S. Attorney settle with Triad doctor for $330,000 in health care fraud

North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein and the acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina announced a $330,000 settlement with a Triad doctor accused of false insurance claims.
