Cochrane seeks Community Support Officer

Location: Flexible location (remote working) – contract type dependent on location.Specifications: Permanent employment if successful applicant based in UK, Germany or Denmark. We are the first point of contact for the international Cochrane community. We provide a timely and coordinated support service to Cochrane editorial teams and review authors, and handle enquiries from members of the public about Cochrane’s work. We resolve queries cov ering a broad range of areas including Cochrane Account login, Cochrane review software, the editorial process, training and volunteering.Community Support sits within the People Services department in Cochrane ’s Central Executive.
