CDC: Few side effects reported with COVID-19 vaccines, and most 'non-serious'

Recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine report shot-related side effects at a rate of roughly one for every 2,000 doses, with more than 90% classified as " non-serious, " according to data released Friday by the CDC.
