DHS: Modification of Registration Requirement for Petitioners Seeking To File Cap-Subject H-1B Petitions; Delay of Effective Date

Notice from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcing the temporary delay of the effective date of theJanuary 8, 2021, final rule. This delay is in accordance with the January 20, 2021 memorandum, "Regulatory Freeze Pending Review." The final rule is now effective December 31, 2021. Comments on this delay are due by March 10, 2021.
