Pharmacy management company CarepathRx to acquire part of Chartwell from UPMC for $400 million

CarepathRx, a Seattle-based pharmacy management company, announced its plans to acquire part of the specialty pharmacy operations of Chartwell, a UPMC subsidiary, in a deal valued at $400 million.
