Home health care equipment supplier AdaptHealth to buy AeroCare in $2 billion deal

Montgomery County home health care equipment and supply provider AdaptHealth Corp. has agreed to acquire a Florida-based competitor in a deal valued at $2 billion. Under the terms of the deal, AdaptHealth (NASDAQ: AHCO) of Plymouth Meeting will make a $1.1 billion cash payment to AeroCare Holdings of Orlando.
