Los Angeles could face new stay-at-home orders as Covid-19 spikes

Los Angeles may need to take "drastic" new actions to prevent local hospitals from being overwhelmed by a new wave of Covid-19 patients. Gov. Gavin Newsom said he is considering "deep purple moves" for parts of the state that are seeing rapid increases in new Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations.
