Revisiting a futurist from the past: avrom king's predicitions, 40 years later

Back in 1979 when I was just a young pup, I had only been in ortho practice for about 2 years, Avrom King and his professional management group, Nexus, virtually shook the ground we walked on by theorizing that by the year 2000 dental services would be delivered in one of 3 tiers or models. The article I'm referring to was published in the November 1979 issue of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. The Journal's editor, Dr. Eugene Gottlieb interviewed King in a conversationally reproduced style.
