Evaluate the feasibility and risk/benefit ratio of systematic nerve sparing by complete dissection of the inferior hypogastric nerves (IHNs) and afferent pelvic splanchnic nerves during surgery for deep-infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) based on complication rates and postoperative bladder morbidity.
