Quality Culture Change: An 8-Point How-To Guide for Radiation Therapy

There are numerous descriptions of the characteristics of a positive safety culture within the body of quality literature; however, actionable items and the ideas required to achieve this are lacking. To enhance the safety culture in our radiation therapy department, we created and implemented a functional model for culture improvement.
